Many may not know it, but soul is another way of calling our inner child, the wounded child.
This child is the one we must heal, for as long as the child remains in the past, tied to unresolved painful situations, it cannot become our Real Self, our higher consciousness.
Lord Krishna has also offered his help in healing pain records when you use the recordings of his mantras and bhajans.
Krishna can help you heal traumas using his mantras and bhajans.
Visualize his presence upon you at the age when you suffered the pain (whether from this life or a previous one).
Imagine the traumatic events as slides in your third eye. Visualize Krishna at your own age during the trauma, standing over you and all the people involved.
As you focus devotedly on Krishna, your love flows to him, multiplies in his heart and returns to transmute the painful scene.
Seeing every aspect of the problem covered by Krishna's presence helps you understand that only God is real, manifesting through Krishna in that situation.
This ancient mantra carries the divine energy of Krishna, guiding you to inner peace, emotional healing, and spiritual alignment. With each chant, you invite Krishna’s loving presence into your life, dissolving stress and connecting you to a higher state of being.
AUM, OM (H-ome) [Sanskrit “I bow, I agree, I accept.”] The most abstract and yet the most concrete symbol of divinity. An instrument of self-realization. A word which carries the approximate light vibration of the English words Amen or “I AM”; the name of God.
Each of the letters stands for a component of our divinity. The A comes forth from Alpha as the initiator, the creator, the origin of spirals of consciousness, the origin of being. It is the thrust of power.
The M is the OM of Omega, the conclusion, the integrator and the disintegrator of form and formlessness.
From the A to the OM, all of the vastness of creation is contained.
And the U in the center is you, the Real Self, the Anointed One, the Christed One, the Buddha of the light—you in universal manifestation, in particular manifestation, the Trinity.
This is the power of preservation, of concentration, of cohesion as identity.
